Healthy water is both the origin and the foundation of all life. And it is up to us human beings to see that it stays that way. It is for us to take steps and promote action to protect our regional waters. With the establishment of the Stiftung Wasserlauf [Watercourse Foundation] we are thus hoping to make an active contribution to keeping the environment of our waters intact, and so preserving the experience of Nature intact in North Rhine Westphalia.
